Lotus Development

Callahan/Hoffman expanded and relocated Lotus’ worldwide central computer center. This required very critical coordination to complete the extensive electrical, HVAC and fire protection work in the three week schedule. Glycol pipes were run eight stories to the roof top cooling tower and branch lines to the new Liebert units located throughout the computer center. A new computer floor was installed with special fire protection and leak detection systems beneath it. The entire project was completed in less than three weeks.
