General Contracting

As your general contractor, Callahan/Hoffman is responsible for the overall coordination of your project. We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of your project. We hire all of the specialized subcontractors needed to perform all aspects of the construction work. Callahan/Hoffman is responsible for the quality of all work performed by any and all subcontractors.

Our services can include applying for building permits, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, disposing of construction waste, monitoring schedules, and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records.
